The Amazons are one of Blood Bowl's most well-rounded teams, combining solid hitting power with genuine agility and speed. Hailing from the jungles of Lustria, these fierce warrior women have developed a style of play that blends physicality with finesse. Their roster is remarkably balanced, with every positional offering something useful and no glaring weaknesses in the starting lineup.
The backbone of the team is the Dodge skill that comes standard on nearly every player. This makes the Amazons slippery and difficult to pin down, able to disengage from tackles and reposition at will. Combined with decent armour and strength, the Amazons can hold their own in a brawl while still having the agility to pull off ball-handling plays that would make pure bash teams envious.
Coaching the Amazons rewards a flexible approach. You can grind when you need to, pass when the opportunity arises, and run when you see the gap. They do not excel at any single style as much as the specialists do, but they can adapt to almost any situation. This versatility makes them an excellent choice for coaches who like to read the game and adjust their strategy on the fly.
