Chaos Dwarf
Tier 1About
The Chaos Dwarfs are a formidable Blood Bowl team that combines the implacable resilience of Dwarven engineering with the dark gifts of Hashut, the Father of Darkness. Unlike their more honourable mountain-dwelling cousins, the Chaos Dwarfs have embraced corruption and cruelty, fielding a roster that includes bull-headed Centaurs, enslaved Hobgoblin runners, and the Chaos Dwarfs themselves -- stocky, heavily armoured blockers who hit like battering rams.
The team's greatest asset is its remarkable versatility within a bashy framework. The Bull Centaurs provide speed and power that most Dwarf teams can only dream of, capable of breaking through defensive lines and scoring from distance. The Hobgoblins, while fragile and unreliable, offer cheap speed and ball-handling that rounds out the roster nicely. And the Chaos Dwarf Blockers are among the most durable linemen in the game, with high armour and access to both Strength and General skills.
Coaching the Chaos Dwarfs rewards a patient, grinding approach punctuated by moments of explosive Bull Centaur action. The team wants to control the tempo, wear down the opposition, and then strike decisively with its faster pieces. With the Favoured of Hashut and Badlands Brawl special rules adding flavour and strategic options, the Chaos Dwarfs offer a deep and rewarding coaching experience.
