Snotling
Tier 3About
The Snotlings are Blood Bowl's ultimate joke team, and they are in on the gag. Fielding an army of tiny, hapless creatures with ST1 and AV6+, the Snotlings exist not to win games but to create the most entertaining chaos possible before being inevitably squashed. With Dodge, Right Stuff, Side Step, Stunty, and Titchy all baked into their linemen, Snotlings are slippery but impossibly fragile, bouncing around the pitch like living pinballs until someone finally catches one.
The real fun begins with the Snotlings' arsenal of Secret Weapons. The Pump Wagon is a rolling contraption of doom, the Stilty Snotling towers absurdly over its teammates, the Fun-Hoppa bounces unpredictably across the field, and the Fungus Finga brings a touch of biological warfare to the proceedings. Two Trolls provide the only real muscle on the team, though their Really Stupid trait means they are as likely to stand around drooling as they are to throw a Snotling downfield.
Coaching the Snotlings is an exercise in joyful futility. You will lose more games than you win, your players will be removed from the pitch in alarming numbers, and your best-laid plans will collapse in spectacular fashion. But every now and then, a Thrown Snotling will stick the landing, a Pump Wagon will mow down half the opposing team, and you will achieve a moment of pure, ridiculous glory that makes it all worthwhile.

Strengths
- Access to multiple Secret Weapons that can create havoc and swing games unpredictably
- Snotling linemen with Dodge, Side Step, and Titchy are surprisingly hard to pin down
- Throw Team-Mate via Trolls enables long-range Snotling touchdown attempts
- Extremely cheap rerolls (60k) and players allow massive roster flexibility
Weaknesses
- ST1 on all Snotlings means they cannot block anything without assists and lose every fight
- AV6+ makes every hit potentially lethal; expect heavy casualties every game
- Trolls with Really Stupid are your only strong players and frequently fail to act
- Secret Weapons get sent off after the drive, leaving you shorthanded quickly
Tips & Strategy
- Embrace the chaos -- play for fun and memorable moments rather than optimizing for wins
- Use your Secret Weapons aggressively in the first drive since they will be sent off afterward
- Throw Snotlings whenever a viable touchdown opportunity presents itself; conventional running rarely works
- Flood the pitch with bodies and use Side Step to be as annoying as possible in your opponent's way
